Date, venue change for Gabon-Zambia friendly

Gabon have announced a date and venue change for the internationally friendly match with Zambia.
The match was initially scheduled to be played on Saturday, 3 June 2017 in Franceville but will now be played in Libreville on Sunday, 4 June 2017.
The match was rescheduled to Sunday because the venue, the Stade de l'Amitié, will host a Caf Confederation Cup match between C.F. Mounana and Horoya AC on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Zambia national team comprised entirely of 23 players from the domestic league arrived in Gabon on Friday.
Zambia will use the match to prepare for the 2019 Group K Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match with Mozambique next weekend, while the selection of locally based players is an indication that Nyirenda has his eyes on upcoming Cosafa Cup and Chan engagements as well.
In contrast to Nyirenda’s selection, Gabon coach José Antonio Camacho has listed 18 foreign-based players in his 23-man squad which includes star striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
